RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sorry to hear you'd like to return the item please notify us within 14 days of delivery to start the process. 

Kindly note that any returned items may take up to 1-5 days to process for a refund. If you discover any faults with your item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please be aware we do not cover the return postage cost for any returns. Return postage cost is the buyers responsibility when returning for a refund. 

Additionally, please keep in mind that any free items received with your order must be returned along with your purchase. Failure to do so will result in a prorated deduction from your refund.

Please be advised that personalised orders and earrings are non-returnable. . Once an orders has been placed it cannot be canceled once place on the website unfortunately.

Returning Your Item

When returning items to us, please ensure they are unused and in their original packaging. Items deemed unsaleable will be rejected for return, and you will be notified via email.

To return your parcel to us:

 

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and let us know you want to return the item.
  2. Repackage the item in a sealed bag with all original packaging intact.
  3. Attach the return address label and address it to us.
  4. Return the package using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage. Please refrain from posting the package through a post box without obtaining a certificate.
  5. Keep your certificate of postage safe as proof of return.
  6. Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund (excluding delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email confirming the credit. Please note that any parcels returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address will incur redelivery charges.

International Returns

As an international customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note that all shipping costs are your responsibility. It is advisable to mark your parcel as "returned goods" to avoid being charged any duties. Additionally, please note that we do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges. You are responsible for your parcel until it reaches us, so please obtain proof of postage in case your parcel goes missing. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns, as we cannot refund or exchange items that do not safely reach us.

 

Please be aware that tarnishing or discolouration resulting from chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, or general wear and tear is not considered a fault. Refer to our jewellery care instructions for guidance on properly caring for your items.
