We are confident in the high quality of our products that we have created our very own Lifetime Guarantee on products bought through our website only. This does not apply to items bought through 3rd party platforms or in person. If your jewellery experiences discolouration. We're dedicated to replacing it at no additional cost. However, it's important to note that our warranty excludes lost or stolen items, as well as damage resulting from everyday wear and tear, like scratches or breakage due to force. The policy kicks in as soon as the item has been ordered. 

In the extremely rare occasion you need to contact us: 

1. Please notify us via email using the contact page. 

2. We will respond to you and request the item is sent back to us and provide return details. (we will send you a return label picking up that cost for this scenario) 

3. Once the item is back, we will investigate the product. 

4. Once returned I will be able to issue the replacement product providing the results from the investigation. 

Please note if the item is longer available or out of stock, we can issue store credit or send you an alternative item of the same value.
 

Reminder: Warranty does not extend to lost or stolen items, nor does it cover damage or breakage resulting from everyday wear and tear, such as scratches or snapping due to force. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery for any items that may appear if damaged from transit or manufacturing defects. We are more than happy to help.
